Studio Session Fees
The session fee is required to book your portrait session, which includes your pre-session consultation, session time, your image viewing/ordering appointment, and professional editing/post-processing of purchased images.
Session fees do not include prints, products, or digital files.
Newborn Studio Session | $275
The studio newborn session is designed for babies under 1 month old. Newborns are best photographed between 5-19 days old. This session includes parents and siblings, if desired at no additional cost. Newborn sessions typically last 2 to 3 hours and take place in our Warwick, RI studio. We work with simple, organic textures and props, which keeps the focus on your sweet baby and creates timeless images you can pass down for generations to come. We allow plenty of time for soothing and feeding baby, so you can sit back and relax while we work on capturing beautiful images of your little bundle of joy. Rest assured your baby is in the best hands! Once your session is booked you will receive our Exclusive Client-Only Newborn Session Preparation Guide.
Maternity + Newborn | $525
Pregnancy is beautiful and babies are miracles! Let us capture your growing baby bump and your newborn portraits once your baby finally arrives. Book this combo with us and receive a total credit of $200 towards your products/artwork. (You will receive a $100 credit for each ordering appointment). This combo includes a 1 hour maternity session at the location of your choice, and a studio newborn session (up to 3 hours).*Maternity sessions are reserved for clients that have also booked a newborn session (any type) with us.*
Baby Milestone & Family Sessions | $250
Milestone and family portrait sessions last up to one hour and take place at the outdoor location of your choice. Baby & child milestone sessions may take place in our studio or at a location chosen by the client.
Baby Club | $450 / $600
Our Baby Club Plan includes 2 or 3 sessions designed to capture your baby’s milestones and changing features throughout their first year of life. If you are interested in the Baby Club, please contact our studio for more detailed information. These plans are available on a limited basis. Book this combo with us and receive a total credit of $200 (for 2 sessions) or $300 (for 3 sessions) towards your products/artwork. (You will receive a $100 credit for each ordering appointment).

BOOKING INFORMATION
All clients will receive a complimentary pre-session consultation in the studio to plan and customize their portrait session(s) and view all of the heirloom products we offer. Upon booking, clients will also receive a welcome folder including our exclusive client preparation guide with tips on what to wear, how to prepare, and what to expect after their photography session.
Session fees include:
- In-person portrait consultation to review our products and options available. We will also plan out the details and your vision for your session.
- Specified time coverage on your session date. All studio newborn sessions include a trained photographer assistant.
- Use of studio props, wraps, headbands, backdrops, and outfits.
- In-person viewing & ordering appointment within 1-2 weeks of your portrait session.
- Professional editing/post-processing of all ordered images.

CUSTOM HEIRLOOM ARTWORK
The best part of the custom portrait experience is showcasing your beautiful images throughout your home. Each product we offer was hand-selected, not only to proudly display your images but also to stand the test of time and be passed on to your children (and their children!).
You will also have the opportunity to see samples of each art product in person during your consultation and again at your gallery reveal/ordering appointment. Together, we will select the products that will best complement your home and fit your needs. A wall art design service is complimentary at the time of your ordering appointment. You will be given instructions on how to send us photos of your walls at home and we will show you what your images will look like on your own walls before you decide on your wall art product purchase. Our premium archival portraits begin at $120 and collections begin at $790.

Keepsake Linen Portrait Box
Store your matted prints in a beautifully handcrafted keepsake box, customized just for you. This signature collection product comes with a set of 15 or 30 matted portraits (7×10” matted to 11×14”).
Museum Quality Canvas
Images are printed on museum-grade archival canvas and hand-stretched around an artist’s frame for a clean and timeless look. They are finished with a protective coating and come ready to hang. Framed canvas is also available.
Handcrafted Framed Wall Art
We proudly offer Farmhouse Frames at our studio. These handcrafted reclaimed, and vintage frames for your home are truly unique and one-of-a-kind! We have a wide variety of samples in the studio for you to choose from. These frames are an exclusive offering to a very limited number of photographers and not available directly to consumers. We are the only photography studio within Rhode Island and Massachusetts to exclusively offer these beautiful, custom frames from Farmhouse Frames.
Heirloom Albums
Beautifully crafted from start to finish, the heirloom album is the ultimate book for every family. Albums feature lay-flat pages that allow photos to extend across the spread. Prints are mounted onto thick mat pages for rigidity and have a protective coating. Each album includes your choice of luxury linen or genuine leather covers, with custom embossing.
Professional Archival Prints
Our archival prints are printed on museum-grade paper and are rated to last for 100 years or longer. Prints come professionally mounted or matted and are ready to frame.
Digital Images
We all love digital files! Each purchased portrait comes with a complimentary high-resolution digital version, printable to an 8×10″ size, with personal print rights. You are welcome to print your digital files anywhere you choose. We cannot guarantee the quality of labs other than our own professional labs but we will let you know the best possible consumer labs available for your own printing needs. We also offer digital collections, which include matching 5″ x 7″ prints.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Our Number One Priority!
Your newborn’s health and safety is our number one priority! This should be your number one priority as well when searching for a newborn photographer.
With two children of my own and multiple years of working with babies and young children, I understand a newborn’s vulnerable immune system and take every precaution to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all of our tools and props. In cases of photographer or client illnesses, sessions will be rescheduled.
We will never jeopardize a baby’s safety during a session. We will not pose your baby in unsafe ways or in unstable props. Poses are always simple and comfortable for your delicate new baby.
Kimberly is a Registered Nurse with 10+ years of experience and CPR & ACLS certified by the American Heart Association. A trained photographer assistant attends each and every studio newborn session. Rest assured, your baby will be in the best hands!

Don’t want to travel with your little one? We’ll come to you! Lifestyle newborn sessions take place in your home or hospital room and focus on your new baby and your family without the studio environment. This type of session is perfect for documenting those precious moments with your newborn while they are still brand new. Lifestyle sessions are casual in style and include your entire family (if you choose). Our home and hospital sessions are photographed in natural light only, so please be sure your home has adequate natural lighting. In-Home & Fresh 48 Session pricing includes an online gallery of your high-resolution digital images via download. Images are printable up to 8×10″.
